Arrangement Care

While our arrangements usually last for three to seven days, flowers can exceed their expected life span with a little love and care.

Once you have an arrangement in your home or office, keep the vase filled with fresh, clean water. For arrangements contained in a basket or a shallow dish, make sure that the foam is kept saturated. Place your arrangements in a cool place (preferably in a room of 65 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit) and away from any direct sunlight, vents, fans and radiators.

To maintain a fresh look for your arrangement, remove any fading flowers and foliage. You will find that some flowers last longer than others.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed online, a confirmation page will appear with your order confirmation number. Your order is automatically and securely sent to Sonny Alexander Flowers. Additionally, an email confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been processed. A representative will contact you if there are any questions regarding your order. Please note that the processing time varies depending on when you place your order. 24-hour notice required for timed deliveries.

Availability/Substitution of Flowers

Nature is upredictable. With flowers being true forms of nature, we cannot always guarantee that the flowers we normally offer will be available during certain seasons. That is why at Sonny Alexander Flowers, we take pride in both our flowers and our talented designers who can deliver creative variations on designs, regardless of the materials available. Rest assured that if the flowers you want are out of season, or if a decorative element is out of stock, we will redesign the arrangement to match the original look and feel at equal or greater value. When only one type of flower is used, variety will take preference over color. For example, if we are out of “green orchid” another color orchid will be used, not another flower.

Request for Specific Delivery Time

There are many factors that can get in the way of a precise delivery time (i.e. weather conditions, rush-hour traffic, holiday schedules, etc.) While we can guarantee a delivery within a 6-hour time frame, it is not possible to guarantee delivery for a specific time. We recommend that when placing your order, you leave room for flexibility and account for circumstances and conditions that may arise.

Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. 24 hours notice is required to cancel any order.

When you place an order online, your information is securely sent to Sonny Alexander Flowers through a network that makes your information available only to us. The information you provide to us is maintained solely by Sonny Alexander Flowers. We do not sell any information we receive from website orders or e-mail registrations to third parties.

To place an order, we will need your contact and billing information, along with your address and telephone number. We use this information for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order, and ensuring a successful delivery. We send special offers and discounts to you and your recipients however you may request to be removed from our mailing list by contacting us directly or by email at sonnyalexanderflowers@yahoo.com
