TERMS OF SALE All arrangements shown on our site are created to the standards of Sonny Alexander Flowers. Therefore we can only guarantee the quality and freshness on deliveries within our delivery zone by our own design team (i.e. Greater Los Angeles and Beverly Hills area). CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel your order, we ask that it be made 1 day prior to the requested delivery date. Cancellations made on the day of delivery must be made by 8 A.M. promptly and can only be refunded for store credit. NO refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
EXCHANGE or REFUND Returns are accepted for replacements only and must be made within 24 hours of receiving the arrangement within reasons. Refunds are not available at this time but we gladly give store credit for any reasonable circumstances upon our discretion.
PAYMENT METHODS For orders placed on-line, we gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. No other payment options are available at this time.
TERMS of DELIVERY All deliveries within our delivery zone are made by our professional drivers. A delivery charge is applied to any and all orders during your checkout process and is based on the zip code of the address it’s being delivered to. We do our best to accommodate your requested time of delivery but can not guarantee any specific times due to any unforeseen circumstances (i.e. traffic, weather condition, construction, recipient not answering the door & etc.) that may occur. |
